You may already have made the switch from our old communication platform, PetPro, or you are a new client with us, but TeleVet is our new go-to for easy communication between our staff and our clients.
TeleVet has amazing features such as:
~ Text our phone number, 218-354-2366, anytime or message us through the app or online browser. What’s nice about Televet, you don’t have to have the phone application downloaded on your phone. If we ever send you a message or vice versa, you can use our normal phone number or use the link that will automatically get sent to you when we message you.
~ You can easily book appointments with us via the app itself, through our website as a request, or shoot us a message if you need to set something up for your pet(s).
~ Request your pet’s prescription refill, anytime, the same way as you would request an appointment. Please give us at least a 24 hour notice prior to you needing the medication, if possible.
~ You also have access to your pet’s information. Weight, vaccine information, etc. Which can be convenient if you ever need to get your pet’s information to a boarding/daycare facility!
~ We have automated messages. A message will be sent with details of an appointment immediately after booking it with our staff. We have a message that will be sent 3 days prior to an appointment as a reminder and you can confirm or cancel it (a second reminder will be sent 24 hours prior if we haven’t heard from you!). In these automations, if it is an appointment reminder for a surgery procedure, a form will be sent with it for you to fill out prior to surgery day to make check-in that day a breeze!
For messaging, we will get to your message as soon as possible, if you are concerned with a major medical emergency, please call us immediately. Download the free mobile app for iOS or Android, and enjoy the ease of connecting with us through this new mobile platform. Make sure that you sign up with the same email that you provided to the clinic. You also don't have the application to communicate with us or use all of TeleVet's features!
